SwanLake Capital is looking to add a Project Manager / Associate Partner for M&A in Banks / Finance / Fintech in CEE and CIS to our team.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of Investment Banking / Commercial Banking / Fintech experience.

Responsibilities include execution, modeling, analysis, due diligence, and negotiation.

Experience in the execution of M&A transactions, with an emphasis on modeling capabilities, will be an advantage.
