SwanLake Capital acted as sole financial adviser to FransaBank Group – a top four leading Lebanese bank – on the sale of FransaBank Belarus to Alfa-Bank Belarus which belongs to ABH Holdings S.A.

FransaBank Group in 2020 decided to take steps aiming at the potential sale of all shares held in FransaBank Belarus.

SwanLake Capital acted as sole financial adviser to FransaBank Group Lebanon including the execution of a sale process.

Alfa-Bank Belarus bought 100% shares of FransaBank Belarus at 26.847 million BYN.

It’s a second M&A transaction in 2021 of Majority Stake in the Commercial Bank in Belarus advised by Swanlake Capital.
