The largest player in the pharmaceutical market “Apteka Group” reached an agreement to acquire 60 pharmacies of the “Zabotlivaya Apteka” chain. Acquisition of “Zabotlivaya Apteka” will increase the size of “Apteka Group’s” own network to 325 pharmacies across the country and maintain a leading position in the pharmaceutical market of Belarus.

The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
