Alexander has more than 20 years of experience in M&A, strategic consulting, and fundraising. Specializes in the IT, EdTech, and HealthTech sectors.
He is responsible for public relations, and building cooperation at the local and international levels.
Alexander’s work experience includes such positions as Managing Director at Integrum Worldwide, Vice President for M&A at Aquaphor, and Independent Expert at COSA Intelligence Solutions.
Alexander has a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (BSUIR), and speaks Russian, Belarusian, and English.
Anton Yakhimovich
CEO, Founder
Anton is responsible for business development and strategy. He performs corporate governance and determines the company’s systematic approach to risk management.
He has more than 10 years of experience in investment banking and consulting. He organized and successfully closed a number of deals in such sectors as Banks, IT, Medicine, and DIY Retail. One of the most notable deals closed by Anton at SwanLake Capital, is the purchase of Leroy Merlin business in Belarus for Ernis LLC.
After receiving a bachelor’s degree in World Economics (BSU), Anton began his career as an auditor at BDO Belarus. In 2016, he founded SwanLake Capital.
He speaks fluent Russian, Belarusian, and English.
Hanna Yadchanka
Associate
Hanna has more than 5 years of experience in financial and M&A advisory and currently her primary focus is on mergers and acquisitions and capital raising in Eastern Europe. Hanna is working within broad technology sector, focusing on the following sectors: fintech, iGaming, deeptech, IT software for business operations and IoT.
Prior to joining SwanLake Capital, Hanna was a part of JTech Advisory team (ex. BIC Securities), where she was involved in successful closing of 3 deals in technology sector. For several years she was also a member of Deloitte Financial Advisory team, where she was responsible for providing due diligence, valuation, modelling and business planning services to large pan-Baltic companies across wide range of sectors.
She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Economics from Stockholm School of Economics in Riga.
Hanna is fluent in Russian, English and Latvian languages.
