Swan Lake Capital attended the number one networking in the Baltic M&A industry. “The Baltic M&A and Private Equity Forum” was organized by Sorainen in co-operation with the economic daily Äripäev and the Estonian Venture Capital Organization. The forum took place at a time when market perspectives across the region changed overnight.

Baltic M&A and Private Equity Forum as a networking event, offers a platform to build contacts, find business opportunities and share experience. Since its launch in 2010, the “Baltic M&A and Private Equity Forum” has developed an excellent reputation among private equity and venture capital funds, investment bankers, advisers, company managers and shareholders, bringing together more than 200 participants in April of this year.

Thanks to Baltic M&A and Private Equity Forum, our company had an excellent opportunity to participate in focus groups as well as examine key issues and perspectives for the implementation of innovative solutions in modern business models.
